There is a plastic cup on the back to hold a toothbrush (maybe room for toothpaste, too). There is also an "egg timer" to teach the youngsters how long they should brush their teeth each and every time. FIVE designs to choose from - RABBIT, BEE, TURTLE, LADY BUG, AND DOG.
